I ave the carbs off my B as I had the engine out. I was cleaning them before installing and saw that the floats bowls move. I tried tightening a bolt on the side to tighten it but it wouldn't move. Is this right?

They're mounted that way to allow for a little movement due to engine vibration. Nothing to worry about. RAY
