Hey guys, just got back from a wonderful trip to Alaska & Canada...by MGA!
Not.
Actually a cruise from Anchorage to Vancouver that took a couple weeks.

Wyatt, thanks so much for the eBay link for my pink Lodge spark plug. Unfortunately it had sold for $5,000 by the time I saw the auction. Actually a little high for a spark plug I thought, but since I am just rolling in dough since retirement I was going for it! Nice little Alfa tool kit they threw in with it, too...
Actually, I ordered 4 of them from gsparkplug.com in the UK. NOS, wrapped in wax paper, in the box for about $2.50 ea.! Not to use, just a little "display". Also some cool little brass terminals, etc. Pix soon.
If anyone hasn't not visited that website...do it! Thousands of new & NOS electrical bits for classic & vintage Brit cars & bikes. Very reasonable prices, great service.

Hey Thomas, glad you thought of me on the brass bits!
Watcha got?

Dave—

Sounds like a GREAT cruise, my sister MIchelle and her husband and kids did almost the same thing a year or so ago and the video was spectacular.

You mentioned that you may be doing up your car;s engine bay in a semi-steam punk brass theme, which I LOVE to death, so I'm rounding up some bits and bobs that you might be able to use.

Ought to have everything set to send off in just a couple of weeks for you

Greenspark are excellent. Good quality good prices.

I have been laughing at the stupid prices E Type jacks and tool rolls are going for. I have 4 jacks and 2 tool rolls sitting around from cars I've restored. Useless from a practical point of view but apparently someone wants them :-)
