could you be more specific what youre asking for? Are we talking pebble beach material? because its not likely that you're going to find that here. You might have better luck finding a prewar J2 midget that would fit that bill. From what I have seen on ebay and other places, cars that are less than 100% perfectly factory and/or period correct win concours competition in local club meets all the time. We like to drive out cars and most of us modify them quite a bit. You're better off looking on ebay. I saw one there recently.

Non of us are interested because its only special as long as its not driven. Personally, I think the seler has the wrong idea selling it. what he should be doing is trying to document every sticker, nut and bolt on that car so that the rest of us could potentially restore the car to factory specs if we wanted to, right down to all the right stickers and warning lables. But I digress. . .

Thanks Seth. Ive got a J2 coming from NC. Its very very nice and will be a huge hit at the show.

Im looking for the best late model MG Midget I can find. The Concour is The All Things British Concour d'Elegance. One of our goals is find as many of the differnet Marques, and models. particularly the popular ones. Cars that we all drove or saw people driving.

British Car week National Meet is a week of everything. Two car shows. A popular vote show for me and maybe your LBC and then we plan on having a Concour show going on right next next door at the same time. While we all love to drive our cars I think the truth is we also like loooking at the really really nice ones.

Lawn bowling, concerts, food, fantastic driving tours, museum's, great speakers and fun,fun fun!!

I saw a couple names on the list from Ill. Hope to see you there too!!

Just curious;
The link states that Hot Springs is the first national park.
However, Hot Spring was designated a national park by Congress on March 4th 1921, some 49 years after Congress designated Yellowstone on March 1, 1872.
What's up?

Sorry. It was the natiions oldest federal reserve and then was made a national park. Whatever the title you will not attend a better British car event anywhere this year. Thanks for the correction.

Barry,

Will there be any shows or events that will be open to the public? I would like to check out the shows on Saturday but would be unable to attend any events during the week.
