Was wondering if any of you out there can produce these air inlets seen on LBL591 E ?

Aluminum? I think it'd be easy to make a wooden form and press that shape into a piece of aluminum.

A woodworker can make a male and female mold to press aluminum sheet into that shape with a hydraulic press. Mold material would be MDF. How many do you need?

Google up "Hammer-form" and you should see videos on YouTube that will show you how to do this. That would be a Metal- shaping 101 first day project.

Where it might get interesting is if you want the central flange to be longer than 1/2" for purposes of attaching the tube behind.

I am slowly replicating the "Look" of LBL591 E, next will be the front and rear lifting fixtures seen in the photo. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions.

Look up the tin bender making the floor pans out of Canada in the vendor section.
Easy to make.
Even easier if they are Aluminium.

"I could 3D print them, perhaps..." Probably means making them out of plastic using one of those magical new "3D Printers". Might work and be cheap and easy to boot.
