There's a long thread on this over on the MGB forum. Not saying this to be nasty...just letting you know it's over there if you want to read it.

I don't think you need to apologize, Ron. I read through the 3 pages of postings and I don't recall a single mention of an MG. Probably should have been in OT anyway
Security "expert" on the news coverage said it was a good idea to arrange the transaction for the parking lot of your local police station. Anyone who doesn't want to do it there is up to no good. Also doesn't hurt to get there a few minutes early and notify the police ahead of time about what you are doing.

Kinda similar to the case over our way here in Ancaster. Had his Dodge pickup listed for sale and 2 guys came to test drive it with him about 9:30 at night and never came back. Found him murdered about a week later. Anything I sell on those type of ads we meet at the local McDonalds parking lot with people around. Pretty crazy world out there now...
