As in MGB-LE style.
Must be fate. As I always start at the back of my Automobile Magazine for the "vintage" section the first thing I see is a two page spread on our favorite car. Little negative is mentioned, mostly positive. "MGB's had a reputation for being rather hardy "everything is over built on this car"...etc and etc.
Resale value $8600 to $16,400 maybe be a little over stated though.

Isn't AUTOMOBILE edited and written by a predominately female staff?

Not even, check their masthead. Maybe the copy editor is female. The article was written by David Zenled but the featured car is owned by a woman.
Jean (Lindamood) Jennings, who learned the business from David E. Davis Jr. managed it for a while, but Jean doesn't show up there much anymore. To bad she's a great car enthusist.
