4-way brake line union - Where to buy?

There was a discussion the other day about parts interchange between British car manufacturers, and I’m hoping someone knows of an interchange in this case.
I’m looking for a 4-way brake line union like the one shown below. It seems to be fairly usual, because all four ports are in the same plane, making it effectively flat. Most of the 4-ways you see today have one of their ports perpendicular to the others, or they have an additional NPT port for a brake light switch.
I’ve searched the Moss website, and the only car I could find that appears to use a flat 4-way was the big Healeys, and they are listed as NLA.
This union is on a ‘66 Cortina....does anyone know another car that used this style of union? Better yet, does anyone a vendor that sells these?

That’s the common type that I mentioned above, with one port perpendicular to the others.

Ben, they are used on the Land Rover series 2 / 2A and the Ford Escort MK1, there are two for sale on eBay UK as I am writing this
