Another question would be 'does the kit include new bump stops' ?
Many if not most don't and you need to ensure that the suspension travel is not inhibited by the existing stops - front and rear.
Who's kit is it ?

Here you go 1980, lowered 1" in the rear and reworked springs in the front.
