Morning all
I am back at it and need to place my horn in the proper spot. When I got the car it was hanging like Alfred E Newmans front tooth from left front upper grill mount but that seems wrong. I searched here and Moss catalog but still can't quite place it
Any advice

Mine is where the wire is and is mounded horizontal. With the business end of the horn pointing towards the center.

The horn on some ,maybe all US destined cars(early mk1 )had the horn located in the right front fender well ,two small holes located just under the heater duct aperture. The horn you are showing does not seem to be the early version horn, but you also have one of the oldest remaining Gan1 cars,is it a Lucas marked horn?

No it's a Prestolite from the 1960 - 1970s.
I remember selling them at my first parts store job in 82

It did not match up with what was in the original parts list but I did not recognize it.
